Julianne Hawkins, RID IIDA Realtor

A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Julianne is a Registered Interior Designer with over fifteen years of residential and commercial experience. Her love of the built environment began as a “military brat” while watching her mother flawlessly transform base housing into a home. Julianne’s expertise is multifaceted and blends beautifully with her active role as a Realtor, allowing her to stay current with building trends, construction practices, and client wish lists. 

Nicole Simone, LEED AP BP+C

After obtaining her Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Texas in Austin, Nicole worked as a Cost Estimator in the Commercial Construction industry for 15 years. She moved to San Antonio in 2013 and fell in love with this vibrant and beautiful city. Throughout her life, she has never stopped designing, from Barbie Houses to the interiors for friends and family. She has expanded upon her lifelong passion by joining with Julianne to form Juni Home. As a designer, Nicole loves to help others transform houses into homes that are beautiful, efficient, and comfortable.
